Swinton Folk Club meets every Monday evening at the White Lion, Chorley Road (A6), Swinton

Ged Todd, Dave Wynn and Dave Polshaw, ably (?!) assisted by other stalewarts (sic!) have been running this club since the early 1980s. The first Swinton Festival was in 1985 - and I was there!! A lot has happened since then, but the club has managed to keep going when others have foundered...

A good, friendly atmosphere - get down there and find out for yourself!!
